Due to the nature of consignment, our merchandise is secondhand unless otherwise noted. We only sell high-quality, authentic merchandise in excellent condition, so you can rest assured you’re getting the real deal or your money back. 100% guaranteed.
Our experienced intake staff carefully inspects every item by hand and notes any flaws or defects in the product description. We price items based on their market value and current condition. If you feel you have received an inferior product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns.
Occasionally an item will sell in our brick-and-mortar store before we can remove it online. Although we work very hard to prevent this oversight, we're only human and cannot guarantee all items are available at the time of purchase. If you have any questions about the availability of an item, please call us at 804.358.2357 during store hours. We gladly will hold the item so you can make your purchase with confidence.
We accept all major credit cards. We accept Clementine gift cards as payment by calling 804.358.2357 during store hours. Your purchase is charged to your credit card when shipped.
We are required to collect local sales tax when shipping in Virginia. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped outside of Virginia.
We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, a $5 flat rate shipping fee will apply. We process and ship within 48 hours. We will contact you immediately should an unforeseen delay occur.
In-Store Pick Up
If you're local, you can pick up your items within 3 days of purchase. Simply let us know you want to pick up your items when you check out!
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it if you contact us within 3 days of receipt. Due to the nature of consignment, ALL returns require prior approval. Call 804.358.2357 or email us at online @sweetclementine.com to start your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For your convenience, we accept returns in store or by mail. Items must be returned in the condition received. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We encourage shipping via an insured carrier so you can track your package. Clementine cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
